Raumoptimierung Untergebracht in einem 19 "-Standard-Rack, reduzieren SuperBlade ®-Server Raumbedarf der Server (m2 Grundriß/Server) im Rechenzentrum. Stromversorgung, Kühlung und Netzwerkgeräte werden auf der Rückseite des Chassisaggregiert, wodurch der Platzbedarf optimiert wird. Es können bis zu 10 TwinBlade (20 Knoten) in einem 7HE Chassis installiert werden. Im Vergleich zu den 20HE Rack-Platz, die zwanzig 1HE-Servern normalerweise als Einzelserver benötigen, bietet die SuperBlade mehr als 50% Einsparungen Dichte, mit 120 Knoten und 24 Switches in einem 42HE-Rack. Kabel Reduction SuperBlade ®-Server-Chassis Gehäuse vereinfachen den Verkabelungs-Prozess durch Aggregation der Verkabelung von zehn Servern auf einmal. Bis zu 90% der Netzwerk-, Strom-und KVM-Verkabelung, welche für zehn 1HE-Server erforderlich ist, wird durch die Konzentration von Servern in einem einzigen Chassis drastisch reduziert. Die Reduktion der Verkabelung setzt sich über Netzwerk-, SAN-Konnektivität und Management-Controller fort. Die Verringerung der Kabelanzahl beschleunigt die Bereitstellung von Servern und hilft bei der Analyse und Beseitigung von Fehlern durch Reduzierung physischer Verbindungen zu den Servern.
