From DNA to RNA, NVIDIA Clara™ Parabricks provide powerful acceleration for primary, secondary and tertiary analyses of genomic data. This is turnkey software designed for local or cloud systems in high-throughput labs, and a technology stack that enables developers to create powerful computational tools for genomics.
NVIDIA Clara Parabricks pipelines are based on the Broad Institute's Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK). Clara Parabricks is an out-of-the-box, GPU-accelerated software suite for:
DNA germline -Variant determination in population genomics DNA-somatic Variant determination for cancer genomics and tumour mutational burden (TMB) RNA-Sequencing projects from the whole transcriptome to single cell analysis DeepVariant from Google, which enables variant determination with the help of a Deep Neural Network
Clara Parabricks pipelines are optimised for speed, precision and scalability, can run GATK4.1 best practices and are fully configurable. Thus, users can choose.
UNMATCHED PERFORMANCE AND THROUGHPUT IN SECONDARY ANALYSIS
Clara Parabricks pipelines run on NVIDIA A100 Tensor Core GPUs and offer unprecedented performance, reducing DNA germline variant analysis time to 23 minutes. GPU acceleration also allows users to benefit from up to 50 per cent lower cloud computing costs compared to CPU-only solutions.
PERFORMANCE COMPARISON
Consistent secondary germline analysis
Data was generated using publicly available data on NA 12878, data discounted for 30x coverage DGX A100 with 320 GB memory was used for the runtime of 23 minutes. Native GATK4.1 values were generated using 32 vCPU [3.1 GHz Intel Xeon® Platinum 8175M] with 128 GB RAM.
Clara Parabricks-Toolkit
