General Information about MicroBlade Systems

What is a MicroBlade

Supermicros MicroBlade Systems are a high-density all-in-one solution on 6U/3U. Featuring 14 to 28 Server Blades with Xeon E3 v5/v6 Processors and up to two Nodes per Blade these systems are optimal for usage in a datacenter where you need every inch of rackspace.
MicroBlade systems are also capable of supporting Xeon D or Xeon E5 processors, they also give you the ability to incorporate up to two Chassis Management Modules which means Remote Control and Management of your Nodes without the need to endure noise. For the network interconnect there are to two ports for networkswitch modules with up to 4x 40Gbit of uplink. Incorpate up to 8 redundant (N+1, N+N) 1600/2000W 80 Plus Titanium power supplies.
These systems are highly viable when using them for Cloud Computing, Video Streaming, Content Delivery, Social Networking, Desktop Virtualization and Remote Workstation applications


SysGen Bladeconfigurator

To ease the configuration of MicroBlade systems we developed the SysGen Bladeconfigurator. With its help you'll be able to easily configure the single Blades of your system to your wishes. The same goes for the enclosures where you can easily choose what Chassis Management Module and Networkingswitch you want.

There are total 2 switches per MBE-628E/314E will be needed to support all of 1st NIC of Atom nodes,
the 2nd NIC for each Atom nodes will not be able to enable.
